SPECIAL RATE: $85.00/Year - Per. Driver How it works: You will supply Check-M-Out Security Services & Investigations, LLC with a spread sheet listing all of your Drivers/Operators of your vehicles. List them by Name and Drivers License Number and by State of Issue in either New York or New Jersey. Your D.R.M.S - Spread Sheet will be forwarded quarterly to Check-M-Out Security Services & Investigations, LLC. We guarantee to perform the following: 1- Run a Drivers License Check on each operator listed on the D.R.M.S. spread sheet. We will check the Valid box (if driver / operator) has a Valid License. We will mark "S" in red if the Driver is suspended and advise your contact person - (TBA) for immediate action. 2- We will maintain a copy of the DMV report of all suspended drivers found. Should you require a hard copy of the driver’s abstract the charge will be $25.00. PAYMENT IS EXPECTED UPON THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE ASSIGNMENT. THERE IS A MINIMUM OF 20 CHECKS PER BATCH ASSIGNMENT. PLEASE INCLUDE EXACT AMOUNT OF FEES PER BATCH. THE ABOVE SPECIAL RATE IS FOR A ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT PER DRIVER ONLY. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AT OUR SINGLE QUARTERLY RATE WHICH IS $25.00 INSTEAD OF THE DISCOUNTED RATE OF $21.25 PER LICENSE CHECK PER QUARTER.
